Most people find acupuncture very comfortable. The needles are incredibly thin, and you might feel a tiny pinch or slight tingling, but many patients actually relax or even nap during treatment.

It depends on the type of treatment and the specific condition we're addressing. Our goal is to treat both the symptoms and the root cause of the ailment. - Herbal medicine typically involves a custom tea for 4-6 months.
- Acupuncture typically requires starting with 2 treatments per week for 4-10 weeks then tapering off as needed
- Cosmetic acupuncture is most effective as weekly treatments for 6 weeks, then once per month maintenance visits

There is no sugar coating it- most of the time, yes. You can take the tea with a small amount of water as a shot, or any way you can get it down. These teas are highly effective and most people find them worth it.
